This Six Acres Chardonnay is a crisp, vibrant Chardonnay true to its Upper Yarra Valley provenance. Hand harvested, the grapes were very flavoursome on the vine and has certainly expressed these same flavours in the bottle.

Nose - Floral notes, nashi pear, flinty core

Palate - Textual palate, that builds in the glass, grilled hazelnuts, with fine-boned acidity weaving throughout, green apple and a crackle of lime

Food match - Grilled seafood, notably salmon or roasted chicken with polenta
