Six Acres Spectrum Field Blend is a tribute to all the things we love about making wine. The whole bunches of fresh picked grapes were co-fermented to produce a delicious red wine expressing our unique site.
Process - Hand-picked.
2 weeks of whole bunch fermentation
Bunches were destemmed to complete fermentation
Basket pressed into old Hogshead oak barrels
On lees undisturbed for 10 months in barrel
Unfined, unfiltered and bottled by gravity with minimal sulphur dioxide added
Nose - Its bouquet exudes aromas of red berries complemented by subtle mushroom & earth nuances
Palate - A lively palate revealing flavours of red fruits, cassis and forest floor; soft tannins provide it a great structure.
