Six Acres Spectrum Skin Contact Fiano has a high natural acidity and structure, combined with its textural qualities, make it a very versatile wine to drink - with or without food.

Process - 

Fermented in an Italian Terracotta Amphora

On skins undisturbed for 7 months

Unfined, unfiltered and bottled by gravity with minimal sulphur dioxide added

Nose -

More exotic characters like ginger and cardamom spice

Palate -

Mouth-watering acidity and grippy textures. Nutty, briny characters that balance the grape’s inherent citrus fruit flavours

Food match -

Its acidity goes brilliantly with anything remotely spicy, particularly Asian and seafood dishes, but it can also cut through greasier foods, such as pork dishes.
