Six Acres Spectrum Chardonnay is a delightfully textured, well-balanced wine that displays cool climate characteristics. 

Unfined, unfiltered and bottled by gravity with minimal sulphur dioxide added.

Nose -Displays characters of roasted nuts, flint and stone fruit aromas

Palate - Gentle melon and citrus flavours on a long, creamy palate, backed by subtle French oak nuances

 Food match - Fried soft shell crab Bao, grilled fresh goats curd and olive tapenade, roast crispy skin baby chicken
